Why one-on-one sound work
Group sound baths are wonderful and serve a different purpose. Private sound healing lets me follow what your body is doing. Some tones I hold for longer; some I move on from quickly. Some sessions are mostly bowls; some lean on tuning forks placed directly on specific points.
Many clients pair sound and Reiki in a single 75-minute session. The combination tends to drop people into rest very fast.
