Energy work, held quietly.
Reiki is a Japanese practice of channeling restorative energy through gentle touch, or with hands held just above the body. It is where my journey in the healing arts began in 2012, and it shapes the way I approach every session — with care, attention, and a great deal of slowing down.

What a session looks like
You arrive clothed and stay clothed. We talk briefly — what brought you in, what feels open, what feels closed. Then you lie on the table, warm under a blanket, with music low. I move slowly through a sequence of hand positions either lightly touching or just above the body.
Most people drift into a state somewhere between sleep and meditation. Some feel warmth or tingling. Some feel nothing in particular and then notice afterward how different the rest of the day feels.
Reiki is not a treatment for diagnosed medical conditions, and it does not replace medical care. It is a practice of restoration. Most clients return because of how they feel for the days that follow.
