What I work with
- ◇ Swedish massage — long, slow strokes, generally for relaxation and circulation. A common first session for new clients.
- ◇ Deep tissue — focused work on tension patterns, often used for chronic neck, back, and shoulder issues.
- ◇ Neuromuscular therapy — advanced trigger-point and chronic-pain protocols from the 450-hour certification. Especially useful for repetitive-strain and postural issues.
- ◇ Integrative bodywork — blended techniques across sessions, responsive to changes in what you are carrying week to week.
- ◇ Pregnancy and post-partum — gentler protocols with adapted positioning. Please mention at booking.
