A session that
finds its own shape.
The work I have grown into across more than a decade in the healing arts. An intuitive session blends massage therapy, Reiki, and a particular quality of attention. Each one is different. Each one starts with what you bring through the door.

What is intuitive healing, actually?
The honest answer: I do not know in advance. I bring a deep toolkit — massage therapy with neuromuscular work, Reiki, breath awareness, somatic listening — and I follow what your body is asking for. Sometimes the whole session is hands resting in one place because something there is finally allowed to release. Sometimes it is steady, focused massage on a single muscle group. Sometimes it is both, in sequence, with quiet stretches in between.
Most clients come for intuitive healing when they have been to massage therapists and bodyworkers before and want something more responsive to where they actually are that day. New clients are sometimes surprised by how quiet it is.
I trust the work to find its own shape. My job is to keep the room warm, the table comfortable, and the attention complete.
